Tripp Taylor

William James Taylor III (Tripp) is a highly accomplished real estate professional with a proven track record of over $40 million in land sales and over 3,500 acres sold. Tripp is also involved in several private conservation projects that seek to protect approximately 1,000 acres in the Upstate.

Tyler Whims

Tyler Whims is an associate with a specialty in land acquisition at Reedy Land Co. He graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Construction and Science Management, along with a minor in Business Marketing. Tyler’s passion for problem-solving led him to work with Fluor Enterprises Inc., where he gained experience in operations management and cost evaluation. After that, he joined Reedy Property Group as the director of construction services, and he now holds an advisory position with the company.

Tyler is motivated by helping others achieve their goals and analyzing investments, which led him to join NAI Earle Furman in February 2021. He worked with the Huff Creek Properties team and helped grow the land division’s sales by over five times its previous amount. Tyler’s 10+ years of project management experience, investment management, finance, and seven years of experience with Reedy Property Group have given him a unique perspective. He is committed to maximizing returns for investors and completing transactions with a high level of competence.

Anderson Drake

Introducing Anderson, a highly skilled land broker at Reedy Land Co., a distinguished division of the renowned Reedy Property Group in Greenville, SC. Born and raised in the region, Anderson possesses an innate knowledge and profound appreciation of the local real estate market, which he leverages to provide exceptional service to his clients. In 2019, he earned his bachelor’s degree from The Citadel, where he excelled both academically and athletically as a Division II rugby player. During his time in college, Anderson also served as the VP of the Ducks Unlimited chapter and studied abroad in Spain.

After graduation, Anderson embarked on a business development career at TD SYNNEX before shifting his focus to real estate. He started as a land associate at NAI Earle Furman, where he honed his skills for one year before joining Reedy Land Co. Anderson’s passion for helping people and his love for the outdoors make him an ideal partner for buyers and sellers. He takes immense pride in providing his clients with unparalleled support and guidance throughout the real estate process.

Beyond his professional commitments, Anderson enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Carson, and their two dogs, Copper and Buoy. He also has a passion for barbecue, Ole Miss football, and hunting. Chase Styles

Meet Chase Styles, a Greenville-based real estate associate specializing in land sales and investment acquisitions. As a Pickens County native, Chase’s love for land began at a young age while working for his family’s grading, development, and utility businesses.

After serving in the Marine Corps and completing a career in sales at Farm Bureau Insurance, Chase pursued his passion for real estate. With one year of experience as a Land Associate at NAI Earle Furman and now at Reedy Land Co, Chase brings extensive knowledge of land use and development strategies to his clients. He specializes in timber, recreational, and commercial land tracts, keeping up with market changes to provide the best possible service.

Aside from work, Chase enjoys spending time with his family and two dogs, and engaging in outdoor activities like hunting, fishing, and working on their family farm. He is also a volunteer firefighter for the Pickens City Fire Department and an active committee member of the SC Farm Bureau Federation and National Wild Turkey Federation.

Knox Duncan

Knox Duncan is a skilled Associate with expertise in Land, Investment Acquisitions, and Dispositions. Knox is a proud native of Greenville, South Carolina and a graduate of Clemson University, where he earned a B.S. in Business Management. During his time at Clemson, Knox was an entrepreneurial spirit, founding and managing several successful businesses. One notable venture allowed property owners to lease land efficiently, resulting in new income streams.

Knox began his real estate career in 2021 with NAI Earle Furman and Huff Creek Properties, where he honed his skills and developed his passion for helping investors manage their portfolios. In 2023, Knox joined Reedy Property Group to spearhead the initiation of Reedy’s Brokerage Division. Knox has cultivated a broad network of relationships throughout the state, making him an invaluable resource for his clients. Since joining the industry, Knox has played a pivotal role in the brokerage of thousands of Upstate acres and over $15 Million in total real estate value. He is personally invested in retail, single-family, and land asset classes.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Knox is the proud father of a Black Labrador Retriever named Java, born on November 18th, 2022. He treasures time on his 2005 John Deere 5303 Tractor and smooth jazz.

Ashley Blount

Ashley Blount serves as Operations & Marketing Manager for Reedy Land Co. With her extensive 18-year experience as a senior paralegal, the Greenville native has excelled in her real estate career. In 2020, Ashley joined Huff Creek Properties, the Land Division of NAI Earle Furman, where she deftly supported a team of 10 land brokers, overseeing all facets of land acquisitions and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies. Her proficiency spans a diverse range of legal areas, including workers’ compensation, personal injury, family, business (corporate), estate planning, and real estate law.

Ashley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with minors in Accounting and Psychology, along with Master’s in Business Administration. Her extensive academic and hands-on experience as a senior paralegal have equipped her with the tools necessary to navigate complex transactions, offer insightful guidance, and lead her team with confidence. Ashley’s unflagging dedication and meticulous attention to detail make her a valuable asset to both her clients and colleagues alike.
