Jeremy Bouknight
Jeremy Bouknight, Broker In Charge at Reedy Property Group, brings over a decade of real estate experience and has been part of hundreds of transactions across a wide range of asset classes, including land, residential, office, flex, industrial, multi-family properties, and property management. Originally from the Columbia/Irmo area and now living in the Upstate for over 20 years, Jeremy is a 2007 graduate of Clemson University. Before joining Reedy Property Group, he founded and led his own brokerage, later serving as Broker In Charge from 2021 to 2024.
Jeremy’s broad expertise allows him to handle all aspects of real estate transactions with precision, offering clients valuable insights across multiple markets. As Chairman of the Board at Flourish Adoption Ministry, he also demonstrates a deep commitment to his community.
Outside of work, Jeremy values spending time with his wife, Laura, and their two sons, Judah and Bowen. Tripp Taylor
William James Taylor III (Tripp) is a highly accomplished real estate professional with a proven track record of over $40 million in land sales and over 3,500 acres sold. With a keen eye for market trends and an unwavering commitment to excellence, he has earned a reputation as a trusted and knowledgeable land broker in Upstate South Carolina.
Tripp’s passion for real estate is matched only by his dedication to education. He holds a Master’s degree in Accounting & Taxation from Clemson University, which is a testament to his intellectual curiosity and commitment to continuous learning. This advanced degree has given him a unique perspective on the financial aspects of real estate transactions, enabling him to provide his clients with invaluable insights and advice.

He is particularly passionate about conservation efforts in his community and is an active member of the Greenville County Historic & Natural Resources Trust, a county commission dedicated to preserving the natural beauty and historic landmarks of the area. Tripp is also involved in several private conservation projects that seek to protect approximately 1,000 acres in the Upstate.
Tyler Whims
Tyler Whims is an associate with a specialty in land acquisition at Reedy Land Co. He graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Construction and Science Management, along with a minor in Business Marketing. Tyler’s passion for problem-solving led him to work with Fluor Enterprises Inc., where he gained experience in operations management and cost evaluation. After that, he joined Reedy Property Group as the director of construction services, and he now holds an advisory position with the company.
Tyler is motivated by helping others achieve their goals and analyzing investments, which led him to join NAI Earle Furman in February 2021. He worked with the Huff Creek Properties team and helped grow the land division’s sales by over five times its previous amount. Tyler’s 10+ years of project management experience, investment management, finance, and seven years of experience with Reedy Property Group have given him a unique perspective. He is committed to maximizing returns for investors and completing transactions with a high level of competence.
Jenks Patrick
Jenks has two degrees from Clemson University including a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA. Jenks was introduced to real estate at an early age- his grandfather, Clyde D. Jenkins, founded Jenks Inc. Realty in 1963. Before reviving Jenks Inc. Realty in 2006, he worked at Thermal Ceramics in Augusta, Georgia and the Clemson University International Center for Automotive Research (CU-ICAR) on the initial business planning, purchasing, marketing, and development of the campus. Jenks joined Reedy Property Group in fall of 2024, after serving as the Broker in Charge for Jenks Inc. Realty for eighteen years.
Jenks is also an avid outdoorsman who has been involved in timberland management most of his adult life. Jenks is married to Emily Andersen Patrick and they are members of the Greenville Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church where he serves as the Chairman of the Diaconate. They have two daughters (Ella Grace, 15 and Mary Deck, 12). Jenks is currently serving on the YMCA of Greenville Metro Board and previously on the YMCA Camp Greenville Advisory Board.
John Stillwell
John Stillwell is one of the most experienced and successful land brokers in Upstate South Carolina. Since 2007 he has provided the highest level of professional representation to his clients in the sale and acquisition of timberland, farm, rural residential and investment/development acreage. John is licensed as a real estate agent in both South Carolina and Georgia.
John graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Forest Resource Management, working for several years as a consulting forester with SMBH, Inc. in Sumter, SC and Richmond, VA. He then completed graduate studies at the University of Georgia, earning his MBA from the Terry College of Business, after which he worked in ecommerce marketing and sales training with Rockwell Automation, an industrial automation company. John started his real estate career with Jenks Inc Realty in 2007 and was an agent and Director of Land Sales there for 17 years until joining Reedy Land Company in 2024. His hands-on work experience with forestry, wildlife management, marketing and sales, as well as his years of experience in land brokerage provides his clients with an edge in any real estate transaction.
John has a love for land management and conservation. He is a life-long outdoorsman who enjoys hunting and fishing in his spare time and is a passionate Clemson fan. He is an Emeritus board member and past President of the Greenville Clemson Club, serves as President of the Foothills Branch of the National Deer Association, and is also a member of the National Wild Turkey Federation, Turkeys For Tomorrow, and Ducks Unlimited. Wherever he is, his English Cocker Spaniel Ellie is probably close by, and he treasures his role as “Funcle” to his nieces and nephews.
Anderson Drake
Introducing Anderson, a highly skilled land broker at Reedy Land Co., a distinguished division of the renowned Reedy Property Group in Greenville, SC. Born and raised in the region, Anderson possesses an innate knowledge and profound appreciation of the local real estate market, which he leverages to provide exceptional service to his clients. Tanner Wilhelm
Tanner Wilhelm is a dedicated land sales associate with a focus on Southern Greenville County and Northern Anderson County. Logan Mitchell

Jonathan Monts
Jonathan Monts is a dedicated land sales specialist with a focus on the Low Country of South Carolina. A Clemson University graduate with a B.S. in Agricultural Mechanization and Business, Jonathan has a deep passion for wildlife and land, which he leverages to help both landowners and buyers achieve their real estate goals. Diane Jones
Diane Jones dedicated 30 years to Verizon in Maryland, where she supported middle management by developing methods and procedures for IBM mainframe applications.
After retiring from the telecommunications sector, she spent a few years as a residential sales agent for Keller Williams in Columbia, Maryland.
In 2015, following a visit to her son in the area, Jones moved to Greenville. She quickly fell in love with South Carolina, captivated by the wide array of activities and scenic views that range from beaches to mountains. She absolutely adores the state emblem!
Jones enjoys a variety of hobbies, including crocheting, knitting, and needlepoint. Since relocating to Greenville, she has also cultivated a passion for flower gardening and designing her backyard to attract birds. She finds great joy in observing and identifying the different bird species that visit her feeders.
Diane is an enthusiastic member of her church choir and actively engages in all the events of the Sunshine Club.
